Tribus is a tool that generates marketing content with artificial intelligence (AI) for your business. This policy explains what data we handle, why, and with whom we share it.

1. Data we collect

From your account (via Google): your name and email address (through Google/Firebase sign-in). We never see or store your Google password.
What you give us to generate content: information about your business (industry, offer, goals), your WhatsApp number for the call to action, and the files you upload (photos, videos, logos, brand material).
Usage data: what you generate, your seconds balance, and basic technical data so the app works.

2. How we use it

To generate the content you request, run your account and balance, and provide support. None of this is used for third-party advertising. We do not sell your data.

3. Processing by Artificial Intelligence

To generate your content, we send the necessary data and files to third-party AI model providers, which process them to produce the result. They act as processors and include, depending on the feature:

Anthropic (Claude) — text, strategy, and scripts.
Google / Kie.ai — images and video.
FAL — images and spokesperson video.
ElevenLabs — AI-spokesperson voices.
Google Firebase — sign-in and account storage.

We send only what is needed for the feature you requested. Each provider has its own terms and security measures.

4. Who we share with

Only with the AI and infrastructure providers in section 3, to deliver the service. We do not share with advertisers or data brokers.

5. Retention

We keep your account and content while you use the service. If you close your account or request it, we delete your personal data within a reasonable time, except what the law requires us to keep.

6. Your rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete your data, or to object to / limit its processing, by writing to hectorrosas0791@gmail.com.

California/USA (CCPA): the right to know, delete, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal data.
Mexico (LFPDPPP): you have ARCO rights and may register with REPEP to avoid commercial contact.

7. Minors

Tribus is a tool for businesses; it is not directed to anyone under 18.

8. Security

We apply reasonable measures to protect your information. No system is 100% infallible.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; we will post the new version with its date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without prejudice to the rights granted to users in Mexico under Mexican law.
