Terms of Service — Tribus

By using Tribus you agree to these Terms. Tribus is a service of RGIA LLC (San Diego, California, USA). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What Tribus is

A tool that generates marketing content using artificial intelligence (AI) — posts, campaigns, images, videos, an "AI spokesperson" (UGC), and a strategy plan — for the user's business ("you" / the "Client").

2. Account and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and use Tribus for legitimate business purposes. You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Payment, plans, and activation

The service is offered through plans with a monthly allowance of AI-spokesperson seconds. Everything else (posts, images, videos) is unlimited, subject to fair use.
Payment is by bank transfer; your account is activated manually once payment is confirmed.
Plan seconds renew monthly and are non-transferable. Extra top-up seconds do not expire.
Refunds: no refunds for seconds already used. You may cancel your plan at any time so it does not renew for the next cycle.

4. Content is AI-generated — you review it before publishing

Tribus content is generated by AI models and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or similarities to third-party material.

YOU are responsible for reviewing and approving ALL content before publishing, sending, or using it commercially. Tribus does not warrant that content is accurate, original, or free of third-party rights, and does not guarantee results (sales, reach, customers). Any examples are illustrative only.

5. Likeness and voice consent (UGC)

When you upload a photo or video of a person (for the AI spokesperson) or any material containing a third party's image, voice, or brand, you represent and warrant that you have all rights and consent from that person or owner to use and transform that material with AI. It is prohibited to create content that impersonates or uses someone's likeness or voice without their permission. You are responsible for any claim arising from the material you upload.

6. Acceptable use

You will not use Tribus for: illegal, deceptive, or defamatory content; spam or unconsented messaging; infringing third-party rights; impersonation; or anything that violates the law or the policies of the platforms where you publish.

7. Ownership and license

Your inputs (your brand, photos, text) remain yours. You grant us a limited license to process them and generate your content.
The content Tribus generates for you is licensed for your commercial use, subject to these Terms and to the terms of the underlying AI tools.
The Tribus platform (software, the RGIA brand, the system) is ours; you acquire no rights over it.

8. Third-party services

Tribus uses AI and infrastructure providers (Anthropic, Google/Kie, FAL, ElevenLabs, Firebase). Their availability and terms may affect the service. We are not responsible for failures or changes of those third parties.

9. No warranties / Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for content you choose to publish. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or the law. You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; we will post the new version with its date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Users in Mexico retain the rights granted to them under Mexican law.
